Dye Sublimation

Dye sublimation is a transfer print process. Used for creating branded fabric items.

Fully branded gazebo’s, sharkfin and telescopic banners, branded table cloths (fitted or stretched), custom sportswear and tracksuits, flags, fence wrap, fabri-frames and banners, are all great examples of dye sublimated products we manufacture.

A water based dye ink, is used to print your design, onto a coated paper. The print is transferred onto the fabric by running the paper and fabric through a press at 200°C, simultaneously.

Our hardworking sewing team, cut and sew the printed fabric according to the required end result. Bright colours, fade resistant and completely custom. Manufactured locally making it proudly South African and one of a kind. Sublimation is on 100% polyester fabric, which has many different weaves and functions to suit any use. Moisture management, dries fast and cools while wearing, to warm and fluffy, micro fibre absorbent for custom special towels. A branding solution with wide variety of uses.
